TOTAL: 400 kCal lunch: huge sandwich (Ciabatta Rolls from Costco) - 340kcal + yesterday's fried cabbage + a little meat (60 kcal) + feta cheese (40 kcal), around 20 blackberries with honey. EST TOTAL: 500 kCal Hate myself now. Not eating anything till tomorrow.

See, I've been paying attention to your videos what with the cocunut and watermelon and even the coffee, I've taken to drinking chamomile sweetened with honey instead of a latte with aspartame.

One thing you didn't mention that has helped me eat less is if you're tempted to snack on something, drink a glass of water, wait 10 minutes and see if you still want the snack. Works like a charm.
